Our Athletes Say It Best

Questions Parents Ask

My child has higher support needs. Can they still take part?

Yes. Every exercise comes with modifications, and our coaches meet each athlete where they're at. The free intro session is exactly where we learn what works for your child — support needs, communication style, and what they enjoy.

What do we need at home?

A device that runs Zoom (tablet, laptop or phone) and a little space to move. No equipment needed — when a class uses weights, we show household swaps like water bottles.

Do I need to stay nearby during class?

That's up to you. Some athletes like a parent close by for the first class or two; many families use class time as a well-earned break. Our coaches keep everyone engaged either way. For safety, we do keep an emergency phone number for a parent or guardian on file.

Is my child's fitness level okay?

All levels are welcome — from brand-new movers to athletes who never miss a day. Classes are small, and the coach and trainer pace every exercise so everyone succeeds.

How does the Founding Rate work?

Everyone who joins during our launch period can get Live Membership for $39/month instead of the regular $79/month. Keep $39/month while your membership stays active. We have not set an end date for the launch period.
